Immediate Denture Conversions

If your patient has preexisting dentition and requires extraction before surgery, an immediate denture will be necessary. During this procedure the implants will be placed in the bone and one of Nakanishi's pre-made dentures will be placed until the next steps for the implant denture with bar can be taken. Your patient will receive a temporary, implant denture in one day. The implant denture will protect the implants while they heal and osseointegrate over a three to four month process. Once the healing process is finished, their final restoration can be placed. The chairside process takes place in the span of a single day.
