Started in 1953 by Ray Nakanishi, Nakanishi Dental Lab in Bellevue, WA, is a full service dental laboratory now owned by Ray’s son, David. David’s daughter, Megan, Director of Operations, joined the lab in 2009 after graduating college with a degree in business. In the last 10 years, the business’ sales have grown nearly 40% without increasing its staff of 60 employees, a fact Megan attributes to leveraging technology and training strategically.
