Q: HOW ARE REWARDS EARNED?
A: You will qualify and earn 2% in STANDARD nakanishiREWARDS every month in which your account is paid in full by the 10th day of the month.
Ex: $1000 purchase and payment = 20 points
Your balance will continue to grow as you purchase and pay. Each point is worth $1.
Q: HOW DOES PLUS WORK?
A: To be eligible for nakanishiREWARDS PLUS, clients will meet or exceed $2,000 in net purchases during the month, and pay their account balance in full by the 10th day of each month. The privilege of Rewards PLUS is month-to-month.
Q: WHAT KIND OF REWARDS ARE INCLUDED?
A: Your nakanishiREWARDS are redeemable for entertainment activities like vacation packages, cruises, hotels, airline tickets, rental cars, and all restaurants. Some clients use the points for flights to a dental conference, vacation with family, or a special dinner for the staff.
Q: HOW DO I ENROLL?
A: No need to enroll, you automatically begin accruing nakanishiREWARDS when you pay your statement in full by the 10th of each month.
Q: HOW DO I REDEEM MY REWARDS?
A: Simply keep the receipts from your travel or dining outing(s) and send us a copy. Reimbursement requests must be at least $100 and the receipts must be sent in within 90 days of the receipt's date.
Redeem by sending your request and receipts to rewards@nakanishidentallab.com or fax to (425) 297-4750. There is a four week turn around for the reimbursements to be processed.
Q: DO THE POINTS EXPIRE?
A: Yes, unused nakanishiREWARDS will expire January 1st of the third year following the earned Reward. i.e. An earned Reward in 2018 will expire January 1st, of 2021.
Q: HOW DO I CHECK MY CURRENT BALANCE?
A: Email rewards@nakanishidentallab.com or text 425-822-2245 at any time to check your current balance. You'll also receive a monthly statement.
